UX/UI & Product Designer
5+ years building end-to-end digital products in agile, multidisciplinary teams — across SaaS platforms, mobile apps, and public-sector services.
Selected Work
A selection of product work across SaaS, sprint delivery, mobile, and web — each demonstrating measurable, research-led outcomes.
Expertise
My approach spans research, interaction, accessibility, and delivery — built across agile teams, regulated environments, and fast-moving sprints.
User interviews, analytics, and usability testing inform every iteration. Data and human insight drive both direction and detail.
Accessibility is a design principle, not a checklist. I design to WCAG 2.2 AA and apply inclusive patterns across every project.
Familiar with the GDS Service Design Manual, GOV.UK Design System, and standards governing digital services in regulated environments.
From low-fidelity sketches to interactive prototypes — the right fidelity at the right moment to test assumptions and align teams.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript means I design with code constraints in mind and communicate precisely with developers.
I translate design decisions for audiences at every level — from engineers to C-suite — building buy-in and driving decisions forward.
How I Work
A structured, agile process balancing discovery with delivery — adaptable across 5-day sprints and multi-month cycles alike.
User research, stakeholder interviews, heuristic reviews, and problem framing — qualitative insight and quantitative analytics to define the right problem before designing a solution.
Sketching, concept generation, and rapid ideation — often facilitated through Design Sprints or collaborative workshops to generate and align on direction quickly.
From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, Adobe XD, or Framer — with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility baked in from the start, not bolted on at the end.
Usability testing with real users, rapid iteration based on findings, and continuous feedback loops — validated against qualitative feedback and behavioural analytics.
Working alongside development teams through delivery — writing specs, reviewing builds, and tracking measurable outcomes post-launch using analytics.
About Me
I'm a UX/UI Product Designer with over 5 years of experience building scalable digital products that solve real user problems and drive business results — across B2B SaaS, consumer mobile apps, public-sector services, and luxury retail.
My work is grounded in user research and analytics, and I design with accessibility at the core — applying WCAG 2.2 AA standards and inclusive design principles as a matter of practice, not compliance. I'm experienced working within GDS frameworks and the GOV.UK Design System, and have delivered in regulated environments where rigour and clarity are non-negotiable.
I believe great design lives at the intersection of craft and collaboration. Whether it's a 5-day sprint or a 12-week product overhaul, I bring strategic thinking, technical awareness (HTML, CSS, JS), and close partnership with development teams to deliver experiences that hold up in the real world.
I'm always keeping pace with emerging tools and methods — from AI-assisted design workflows to new accessibility standards — and I'm currently open to full-time and freelance opportunities.
Pursuing continued professional development including BCS UX Foundation, UX Design Institute, and NNG UX Certification. Committed to staying current with emerging tools and best practice.
